With the barcode capture system for warehouse & logistics you can plan and manage your stocks efficiently. The hierarchical arrangement of several warehouses to the single warehouse locations and storage bins allows a clear multi-warehouse management.  In the warehouse inventory management, you are able to administer your inventory as well as your logistics. Keep the overview with the inventory module, where all your assets, hardware & equipment can be found this includes allocation tracking. Using these features allows you to perform annual as well as interim inventories of the total inventory or individual storage locations. External logistics are enabled by integrated German logistics providers. The central management of your logistics partners provides contact details, contracts and conditions at a glance. Management can take place at the product level, ensuring an automatic generation of shipping labels at goods issue, including tracking ID for traceability.

​ Odoo also offers a wide range of options for marketing and sales. The customer management module allows you to create multiple instances of customer projects. With the systematic customer relationship management, partners and suppliers can be created additionally to customers. The cross-media Point of Sale module includes a user-friendly interface. With the help of the connected Customer Management, Inventory and Accounting modules, corresponding registrations are automatically created in real time for any transactions. At the point of sale, they also receive relevant statistics and thus maintain an overview.
In the eCommerce area, Odoo enables product sales on platforms such as Amazon or eBay. On a higher level the Shopware connector manages products, inventories and sales prices. This ensures that, for example, if a product sells out on eBay, it is removed from the Amazon site. Odoo offers product bundles for customers and internally displays stock and packing lists of individual products. Subscription models for customers can also be implemented. For contemporary marketing, the website builder offers a number of tools for designing the website. Depending on the service package, you can use it to create your own website or have it designed by our trained staff.

They then appear on your website and other selected portals. Cross-platform responses are displayed collectively in Odoo and provide a central overview. Furthermore, questionnaires and evaluation procedures exist for fact-based decision making.
 
There are several modules for existing personnel. Here, Odoo enables a module for periodic personnel evaluation in addition to a personnel directory as well as time recording and absence management. Furthermore, a lunch module offers meal ordering.

The accounting and finance module contains financial and analytical accounting. With the billing module, invoices can be sent conveniently and payments can be monitored centrally.

A central component of a functioning company is communication. You will find several module options for this with Odoo. The "Forum" module contains frequently asked questions and their answers. This way, you can quickly find solutions to emerging problems and continue to focus on your activities. Internal discussions can be conducted efficiently in the chat, even in the home office, and news can be disseminated quickly. Another module allows you to create surveys and collect responses centrally. Furthermore, the survey module has the function to print statistics of the survey results. A notes module contains sticky notes as well as memos and promotes collaboration as well as communication.

Internal operations are made possible with Odoo through a variety of modules. These include modules such as a ticket system, calendar, online events and a module for digital signatures. In the support area, the ticket system is an efficient method for centrally recording and structuring requests. The module also includes a bug tracker as well as a helpdesk. Each Odoo user has a personal calendar and access to additional shared calendars. The module "Online Events" supports you in planning, offering and selling events.
